V2 XL 98R Skate Roller Skis 2012

The ultimate skate ski for paved surfaces, the V2 XL98R Composite Skate Roller Ski replaces the older XL100R but now comes with a lighter core.
Utiilizing both unidirectional and biaxial carbon fiber in its construction gives this ski the best combination of flex and torsional strength.

To further increase the strength of the composite, the shafts are cured in a high pressure autoclave. The new shafts have good flex characteristics for skiers up to 87Kg. (190 lbs.). Compatible with XL 98 Speed Reducers and XL Series Brake. Binding installation free of charge with purchase of roller skis & bindings.

New shafts & Forks will accommodate skiers up to 210 lbs.

***Cross-country ski bindings and boots are required but must be purchased separately.

Binding installation free of charge with purchase of roller skis & bindings.  If you do not want us to mount the bindings, but would like us to drill holes so the bindings are ready for you to mount them, we will charge $10.  Please select from the drop down menu which you would like us to do.

Customer Reviews

6/27/2011 I really appreciate the feel of the V2 XL98Rs - as close to being on-snow as I have experienced. The composite construction makes them very light and manueverable, and the swing weight is lighter than others, such as the Swenor Elites. Overall the V2 XL98Rs are a great training ski!
