The Madshus Intrasonic Skate Ski is a lightweight, affordable skate ski providing entry-level racing performance on a skate platform for the novice racer or fitness enthusiast. The shorter length, moderate sidecut, light weight, and responsive, air-channeled wood core accelerate quickly and provide exceptional feel from the snow. It's ideal for the fitness skier or high school racer and features P-Tex 2000 Electra sintered racing base.

Very good skies!!!!! I am 5'2'' and 100 pounds and there were not many skies that I fit in and I am glad I chose these. They are amazing skies for there price. They seem to hold up very well for being skied over and hit by poles.
